October Monthly Challenge with Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps

 

 Good morning and welcome to   our new Monthly Saturday Challenge at 

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Are you ready for another krafty challenge to inspire you and help get your creative juices flowing?

We've got some fabulous ideas for you and can't wait to see what you create!

This month our Saturday Challenge themes for you are: 

Pumpkins & Stencils!

You can choose one or both - whatever inspires you!

I have chosen to use both challenge themes in my project.

I had so much fun getting inky when creating my scene! 

To create the background, I applied a circle mask (which will become the full moon) and inked the entire panel using Wicked Black and Alluring Amethyst. 

After removing the mask, I filled in the moon with Summer Sunshine.

Then, before applying my layers, I stenciled the bats using the Bats and Moons stencil. 

For the rest of the background I used a combination of Wicked Black, Alluring Amethyst, Goblin Green, and Original Olive. 

Then I added some pumpkin elements, and coloured up an image from the You’re A Scream stamp set. 

The pumpkins are created from a die set and a combination of krafty kolours inks: Mellow Mustard, Cool Canteloupe, Pumpkin Patch, Sandy Shores, Original Olive, and Goblin Green. 

The sentiment I used is from the Monster Sentiments stamp set. I used a white textured embossing powder to give the essence of a cloud.

I had so much fun creating this card and I can’t wait to see what everyone elese comes up with.
